Terms of use
Short, so you will actually read them.
Who it is for
The widget, the API and the feeds are free for non-commercial and public-interest use: schools, TVET colleges, universities, NGOs, municipalities, government and community sites, and media reporting on public service jobs. If you want to use them commercially, ask us first.
Keep the attribution
The widget's "by govposts.co.za" link must stay visible and unchanged. You may add rel="nofollow" to it if your site's policy needs that. If you use the API or the feeds, show the attribution text with the data and link it to govposts.co.za.
No reselling
Do not sell the data, put it behind a paywall, or offer it as your own API or job board.
Fair use and keys
Stay within your key's limits and keep your API key secret. We can suspend or revoke a key that is abused, leaked or used against these terms, and we will tell you by email when we do.
The data is provided as is
Every listing comes from the official DPSA Public Service Vacancy Circular, which is linked from every job page. We take care, but mistakes happen: applicants must check the official circular before applying. govposts is independent and not affiliated with the DPSA or any department. No government post charges an application fee.
Your information
We keep your name, email, organisation, website and the domains you register, only to issue and manage your keys. Delete your account from the dashboard at any time and all of it goes. See the privacy notice.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you first.
